Joshua Morse Marketing
DO BETTER MARKETING.
SELL MORE STUFF.
Good marketing starts with knowing what matters, what doesn’t, and what to do next.
I’m Joshua Morse, a senior marketing consultant based in St Ives, Cornwall.
I offer straightforward marketing strategy, planning and mentoring, then help turn that thinking into useful marketing activity.

HOW THE WORK FLOWS
Most marketing problems are not solved by jumping straight into more activity. They are solved by understanding what is happening, deciding what matters, and making a practical plan for what comes next.
Check → Clarify → Construct → Communicate → Consolidate
STEP 1: CHECK
If you're wearing flip-flops on jagged rocks, you’re destined for a fall.
Our first job is to see if you’ve got the marketing set-up and stamina the path ahead demands.

Marketing Audit
Stop wasting money and focus on the things that matter. A marketing audit shows you what’s working, and what’s not.

Competitor Study
Competitor studies analyse your rivals' products and pricing, so you can beat them at their own game.

Market Entry Study
Thinking of entering a new market? A market entry study can tell you if the grass really is greener over there.
STEP 2: CLARIFY
You’ll need a clear map to stay on track.
Our second job is to plan your route to better marketing.

Marketing Strategy
Your marketing strategy is like a map. It clarifies the big picture and helps you choose your path.

Marketing Plan
Your marketing plan sets out tasks which will make your strategy happen, with dates and costs.

Product Strategy
Your product strategy helps you give people the product they want, profitably.
STEP 3: CONSTRUCT
Your essential kit needs to be built to last the journey.
Our third job is to give your marketing a firm foundation.

Brochures
Brochures, leaflets and more, which help people weigh up what you offer, and see where you win.

Sales Tools
Give your team the best chance to sell with sales tools like data sheets and product guides.

Case Studies
Tell how your business solves real-world problems and win new customers along the way.
STEP 4: COMMUNICATE
You’ll need to regularly top up your essential supplies.
Our fourth job is to keep your brand fuelled for the journey so it stays fresh in peoples' minds.

Articles
Well written stories in journals and online, help to keep your name first in mind.

Advertising
Both online and old-school print ads are here to stay. Get the message right for better results.

Social Media
Rock their reels and stop their thumbs with content that connects your brand to their life.
STEP 5: CONSOLIDATE
We'll reach a point where you can walk the path alone, and my guiding role begins to fade.
Our fifth and final job is to pass the knowledge on.

Inspiration Days
Inspiration days purpose built to crack your product and marketing challenges.
AGREED PRICES,
TRACKED TIME
With prices agreed upfront and trackable time as work goes on, you’ll always know where you stand.

The year is 2012 and a choking pessimism grips the nation. The London olympic games are just around the corner, and they are widely expected to expose everything that is wrong with modern Britain.
And yet, the opposite happens. The clouds part. The stadiums bounce. And for a few golden weeks, Britain feels bold, capable, and full of possibility.
And sometime in that giddy summer, I asked myself: 'what if I aimed higher, too?'
Up until then, I’d followed a solid corporate path. Market research, then product marketing for leading consumer brands. It was safe. It was predictable. And it was sadly missing something.
Today, I work across industries, from pizza to precision robotics, from supermarkets to superyachts.
Every client, every project, every challenge is different. But my job is always the same: helping people feel the world is full of possibility, just like we felt in 2012.
I work worldwide from my hometown of St Ives in Cornwall. Contact me today to plan what we'll make happen together.
